A swarm of bees on a plane prevents passengers from disembarking for over an hour. The plane landed at Natal Airport in northeastern Brazil shortly after 12:30 p.m.

Shortly before the passengers could get out, they heard a loud buzzing and were shown back to their seats by board members. The fire department eventually used an unknown substance that removed the insects from the wing. The machine was then inspected, but was not damaged by the infestation. At the beginning of January, an Alaska Airlines plane made headlines because the plane lost a part of its fuselage during a domestic flight in early January.
