A team of motorcycle thieves dismantled in Lyon. Two individuals followed for several weeks for two-wheeler thefts committed in the neighboring department of Ain.
They barely had time to put away the two stolen motorcycles in the Ain department when the police came upon them. The two suspects were placed in pre-trial detention pending trial for theft and receiving stolen goods from an organized gang and criminal association. The stolen vehicles were returned to their owners. The van used for transport also contained numerous wheels and spare parts, as well as a stolen electric bicycle.
