A woman is arrested accused of stealing a dog in Los Angeles and fleeing with its owner clinging to the vehicle. Sadie Slater was arrested this Saturday and is accused of robbery after fleeing with the French bulldog, who is still missing.
There is another suspect she has not been arrested. The animal's owner, Ali Zacharias, was having lunch outside a Whole Foods market when her dog wandered away. She then saw a woman holding Onyx and getting into a car. He then got into a white car driven by someone else and fled while the owner tried to stop him.
