A man in his forties, arrested Sunday in the middle of the evening in Villeneuve-le-Roi, while he was traveling with a 4-year-old girl, was released. The case was dismissed because of an "insufficiently serious offense", as specified by the Créteil prosecutor's office.
The mother of the family had given the alert around 20:30 by noting the disappearance of her daughter. The man was drunk at the time of his arrest.
