Minister for Children, Sarah El Haïry, presented this Monday on BFMTV a plan to combat abuse of babies in nurseries, both public and private. This announcement comes after the rendering of conclusions of a report by the General Inspectorate of Social Affairs (Igas) The report tells us to build a culture of control and evaluation, particularly in the smallest structures, said the minister.

Sarah El-Haïry's speech also comes the day after the broadcast, Sunday evening on M6, of an investigation by “Forbidden Zone” on the failures of the State in the disability sector.
