Wartenberger Committee is discussing the Hamberger development plan again. This time too, the councils did not give the full green light.
The planning area is located in the northern part of the town and is intended as a purely residential area. The decision has already been postponed once, with a requirement that a height section be submitted for the lower rows 9 to 12. There were further concerns about the increased green space. The fauna and flora could be affected by the removal of slopes and the clearing of hedges. However, there is nothing wrong with further densification.
