Jan Hartwig is one of nine 3-star chefs in Germany - and has a restaurant in Munich. Tantris DNA serves fine French cuisine, while Tantris impresses with its clear aesthetics and stringent taste. The EssZimmer by Käfer in the BMW Welt and the Atelier in the Bayerischer Hof are neck and neck - both restaurants were rated 95 points. The Komu restaurant on Hackenstrasse (93 points) and the Mural Restaurant (91 points) also made it onto the list.
