A 62-year-old man, a resident of Bat Yam, was accused today (Sunday) of sexually assaulting a girl with a disability in his city of residence. According to the charge, the man, who saw the girl on the street in the city, tried to convince her to come with him to his house.
She refused and called her mother, who instructed her not to talk to the strange man and to leave the place. However, the suspect continued to persuade the minor to come to his place of residence - where he sexually assaulted her. At the end of his actions, the defendant gave her 15 shekels.
