After an attack in a refugee accommodation: charges of attempted murder in three cases. Three people were injured, some seriously, in a dispute in Bad Tölz in September 2023.
The alleged main perpetrator is charged with three counts of attempted death. Three Ukrainians aged 23, 25 and 50 who were urgently suspected of committing the crime were temporarily arrested by emergency services from the Offenburg police headquarters (Baden-Württemberg). All three were taken into custody. The main suspect at this point was the 50-year-old, who was being investigated for, among other things, attempted murder.
