The defendant faces life imprisonment followed by preventive detention. The surviving Kelsey C. initially heard nothing about the new version of the alleged perpetrator. She did not appear in court on the second day of the trial, nor did the father of the woman who was killed. The crime happened on Mariensteg in front of Neus chwanstein castle in the summer of 2023.
