“I have been waiting for a very long time for not only the existing barriers to be dismantled, but also for new projects in the district and municipalities not to create new ones,” said Ralph Seifert, district commissioner for the disabled. The administration was commissioned in 2018 to develop such an action plan. The strategy aims to bring the demands from the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities to life in our district.
