“A motive in the family environment cannot be ruled out,” explained the investigators, who are examining a car in front of the Von Düring barracks in Rotenburg. The background to the crimes was initially not known, but a motive has now been established, the police said. The incident took place in the Rotenburg district of Lower Saxony.
