After storms, thunderstorms and heavy rain: summer comes to Bavaria at Easter. Holy Saturday could bring lots of sunshine and temperatures of up to 25 degrees.
Easter Sunday will also remain dry and mild. Strong winds are expected from Wednesday afternoon, reaching speeds of 100 kilometers per hour on the Alpine peaks. Rain and isolated thunderstorms are possible again in Lower Bavaria on Easter Monday, but a sunny Saturday is in store for the Free State on Good Friday and Easter Sunday, the German Weather Service says.
