For several decades, Bella Italia on Herzog-Wilhelm-Straße was a popular, inexpensive pizzeria. Those days are over - the restaurant is permanently closed and was recently emptied. Since then, spoiled food has been rotting in the open and people have been using the yard as a toilet. “These are conditions like in the Bronx!” complains Jacob Hagenbuchner.
