Agreement with Mytilineos for the development of photovoltaic in Chile. The Imi Corporate & Investment Banking Division of Intesa Sanpaolo, led by Mauro Micillo, participated in a credit line of a maximum amount of 315 million dollars.
The operation was structured by a pool of international banks, including IntesaSanpaolo. The implementation of the four projects will allow an overall production of approximately 1.6 terrawatt hours (Twh) of clean energy per year.
