A quarter have changed portfolios and a quarter are new. The youngest, Marie Lebec, is 33 years old. It is only for full-time ministers that the Attal team is the tightest. But not by much (13 today, 14 for Barre 2, Chirac 2 or Jospin). Parity is generally respected: 18 women for 17 men.
