A “guidance bill for agricultural sovereignty and the renewal of generations in agriculture’ will be presented to the Council of Ministers on March 29. The text has been significantly revised since the start of the agricultural crisis in January, changing titles several times in the process.
Prime Minister Gabriel Attal received all the agricultural unions this Monday evening. A meeting between the organizations and Emmanuel Macron is also planned but the date has not yet been set. The protest movement has subsided since the beginning of February but actions are still carried out sporadically.
