The La Coralina Island House hotel, in Bocas del Toro, will begin a 4-day meeting (Elemental Goddess) dedicated to women's health, in every sense. The retreat will be conducted by two Panamanian therapists.
Aura Bermúdez and Aurora Brenes work with yoga, Ayurvedic nutrition, tantra and the cyclical nature of women. "We want to show that in each phase of our life we have a version of our inner goddess," says Aurora, a yoga teacher.
