Antitrust fines BAT, Amazon for'misleading advertising' - Business.com. The Italian Antitrust Authority said Wednesday that it has fined British American Tobacco Italia six million euros and Amazon EU one million euros for misleading advertising.

The companies were guilty of "denying, omitting or not highlighting information regarding the consumption of tobacco/nicotine in the use of these devices and the ban on their sale to minors", the authority said. It said these adverts were on billboards and broadcast commercials on the Glo and Amazon.it websites.
