Apartment buildings: Construction stalled due to company bankruptcy - work is starting again. Six apartment buildings are being built on the site of the old town hall in Hausham.
The houses were originally supposed to be ready for occupancy in 2024. For employees in particularly scarce professional groups, the district clinic has secured two of the six houses with a total of 34 apartments through long-term rental agreements. A further two apartment buildings, each with 14 apartments, are available on the open rental market; a year ago, Schlierach GmbH had over 100 interested parties.
