Armando Guibert, former Menem official and one of the authors of the Milei State reform, is appointed as director of Banco Nación. This new position will be ad honorem.

He will also continue as Secretary of State Transformation and Public Function. He was Undersecretary of Reform and Modernization during the first years of Carlos Menem's presidency and after the departure of Domingo Cavallo from the Ministry of Economy, he landed in that portfolio to take charge of the Secretariat of Public Works and Transportation.
