A suspect has been arrested in the attack on a sixty-year-old man leaving a synagogue in Paris. The victim, who was wearing a kippah, was leaving the synagogue on Friday when he explained that he had been attacked by a man who called him a “sick Jew” The attack took place on Friday at 5:30 p.m.

on rue des Orteaux, in the 20th arrondissement, police sources told AFP. “Everything is being done to find the author of this unspeakable act,” wrote Gérald Darmanin on X.
