At the psychiatric hospital, Pierre, the recovered patient, has become the link between patients and caregivers. Since the creation of training in 2012 at the University of Paris VIII - Saint-Denis, around a hundred graduates have been hired in hospitals or medico-social structures specializing in mental health.

The Île-de-France Regional Health Agency (ARS) wants to develop this innovative practice, acclaimed by the World Health Organization (WHO) and finances the training and hiring of MSPs.
