Laurent Rivoire, the former mayor (UDI) of Noisy-le-Sec (Seine-Saint-Denis), left the courtroom of the Bobigny judicial court with red eyes. The elected official, prosecuted for the offense of favoritism, illegal taking of interests and influence peddling, had just been acquitted.
He was accused of acts allegedly committed between 2011 and 2015 as president of SAEM (mixed economy company) Noisy -le-S Habitat.
