Baker Academy and Bavarian State Guild Association visit the Gräfelfinger town hall. In the "luggage" there were samples of the bakery's art such as a traditional New Year's pretzel and - in keeping with the carnival season - various fresh donuts.
On an area of 5,000 square meters, trainees and candidates for the master's degree learn everything that goes with the job in two training bakeries, a training pastry shop and a training workshop for chocolate and ice cream.
