Bavarian villages assessed by jury: Five places honored for quality of life. Six villages from the Erlangen-Höchstadt district applied for the “Our Village has a Future’ competition.
Lonnerstadt, Mühlhausen, Ebach, Fetzelhofen, Decheldorf have now been awarded. The competition, which has existed since 1961, honors villages whose people are committed toquality of life and cohesion. The winning villages can look forward to prize money ranging from 150 euros to 550 euros.
