Be careful when buying supposed building plots on Andechser Straße on the western outskirts of Traubing. It could be that the owner has divided his agricultural property into individual parcels and a development road and may now be trying to sell these parcels.
“The municipality of Tutzing would like to inform all interested parties that the properties on offer are currently not building land,” explained Mayor Ludwig Horn in a letter. The parcels are currently located in the outside area under planning law and do not represent vacant lots.
