After 20 years in his mansion, Billy Joel decided enough was enough. He bought the 105-acre home in 2002 for $22.5 million.
Joel renovated the mansion with the intention of selling it and recently advertised it on the prestigious Sotheby's website. There is a helipad, a floating pier and a mooring for boats. The property is 1,858 square meters and has five bedrooms and eight bathrooms. The smaller house is more modest with only three rooms.
