More than two tons of marijuana hidden in packages of rice that were transported in a truck were kidnapped this Thursday. The driver of the vehicle was detained, according to sources from the Argentine National Gendarmerie (GNA) The investigation was carried out by agents from Squadron 16 "Clorinda", who obtained information that a drug shipment would be transported along national route 11.
Another similar case occurred in December 2023, when almost a ton of marijuana was found inside a truck transporting rice from Paraguay to Chile.
