Two messages were found at the entrance of a building in Paris. One read: "One is deaf, the other dumb" The other said: "You are not welcome at this building" The messages were written in the same place as the one that was set on fire in March.
The building was destroyed in the blaze, but the damage was not as bad as first feared. The incident is being investigated by the Paris prosecutor's office and the city's fire brigade. The city's mayor has called for an increase in the number of police officers on duty.
