Bouygues Telecom is positioning itself to buy La Poste Mobile. The group announced Thursday the signing of an exclusivity protocol to buy the virtual operator.
SFR, which holds half the capital, nevertheless has a right of pre-emption over thevirtual operator. The subsidiary of the Martin Bouygues group seems to be the best positioned today, says a source close to Altice, parent company of SFR. The project will be submitted to them and they will have to look at it, the source adds.
