Ruthie Brodo has opened a new cafe on Herzl Street in Tel Aviv. The cafe was supposed to open on October 16, but the launch was postponed due to the situation.
"Cafe 16 is both what we wanted to create for ourselves, and also what the audience asked for themselves," says Maayan Gabor, manager of Herzl 16. The menu includes breakfast sandwiches such as egg salad, avocado or mozzarella cheese from the white dairy, cut vegetables with good tahini.
