Car rolls over in an accident in Upper Bavaria: rescue helicopter in action. One of the passengers was transported away in a rescue helicopter due to serious injuries.
The 33-year-old driver was traveling near Schweitenkirchen in the Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm district on Saturday evening. He left the road in a left-hand bend and drove about 100 meters over the shoulder. The vehicle then rolled over and came to rest on its roof. A test carried out revealed an alcohol content of over 1.8 per mille in the driver's blood.
