Carnival parades in Bochum start late due to threats. Police say there were 'intensive police measures' to ensure security.
Police were initially unable to provide any further information about the threat. The train in BoChum-Höntrop now starts at 3 p.m., the one in Bo chum-Linden at 4 p.M. The police say people’s safety has absolute priority,’ it said in a statement. The carnival is scheduled for February 12, 2024.
