Guillaume Roy and Jacques Ferté, former promoters of the Parisian craft beer Gallia, want to bring this alternative up to date. Marketed under the Cherico brand, this organic drink with caramel notes will be one of the new stars of Paris café festival.

It is starting to be distributed at the Pavillon des canals along the Villette basin (19th century), at the Marlette coffeeshop on rue des Martyrs (9th century) and soon in Arkose climbing gyms.
