Chocolate makers from mother to daughter, they present their creations at the first fair dedicated to cocoa in Levallois. Au Canard Sucre, the small shop on rue Carnot, has been a chocolate factory for almost 70 years.

Since 1989, it has been run by Corinne Arias who tried to escape the family tradition by studying nursing. Passion has since been passed on to her daughter Marie, 33, who fell into chocolate as a child and joined her mother in the laboratory shop.
