In it, its chairman Michael Kümpfbeck refers to the valid local council resolution of January 18th, “in which the committee has already spoken out against the location of a refugee accommodation at Ziegelstadel” The initiative is not giving up and is planning the next steps at the same time. They want to first have the admissibility of the citizens' petition checked by a judge through an expedited procedure at the administrative court.
