Around 100 apartments and 100 condominiums are to be built in the new city district. The first apartments were supposed to be ready for occupancy a year ago. M-Concept is also the developer responsible for the city-famous Sendlinger Loch. The Pasing social community center was able to move into its new premises at the beginning of the year. The Hamburg company HIH-Invest has already mentioned publicly that they are also interested in taking on residential construction.
