An indictment was filed against Yaron Dahan, the commander of the tactical unit in the MGB, who committed indecent acts on a 23-year-old young woman. The incident happened in the tennis court complex in Kiryat Gat about a year and a half ago.
Dahan touched and harassed the young woman while they were in a closed room at the tennis courts. The indictment states that in these actions, Dahan did an act to the complainant for the purpose of sexual stimulation, satisfaction or humiliation without her consent.
