The supreme judges reiterated the 9-year prison sentences for Ottaviano Boni, at the time technical director of the construction company Sogeap. Maurizio Scacchi, surveyor of the Lazio Region-Civil Engineering, was sentenced to 5 years in prison for his part in the collapse of two former Iacp (Ater) buildings.
