"The reservoirs present in most cases, also due to the presence of substantial volumes of sediment, a limited useful capacity compared to that of the project, as well as compared to the limitations released by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport", says the report by the Extraordinary Commissioner against water scarcity, Nicola Dall'Acqua, to the Steering Committee on the water emergency.
