Law no. 11 of 2 February 2024 was published in the Official Gazette of the Italian Republic on 7 February.
It converts the Energy Decree as amended by parliamentary passage. The provision contains measures for energy security and decarbonisation. The text also accelerates reconstruction in the areas subject to the most recent floods and the earthquake last March in Umbria. The same issue of the Official Journal contains the notice of the publication on the Ministry portal of the decree which encourages the creation of Renewable Energy Communities.
