Courbevoie: catering professions join the fight against food waste. Restaurateurs, hoteliers and merchants sign the charter adopted by the city in 2020 and commit to promoting products that are usually of high quality.
The city's large and medium-sized stores were the first to sign, committing, all brands combined, to donating unsold but still consumable foodstuffs to associations. The rest after this ad testifies to the originality and effectiveness of this charter, adopted in December 2020.
