The man was convicted for his involvement in the 20-minute blockade in Berlin-Spandau on February 11, 2022. Some participants had stuck to the road, but not the now 62- year-old. He was convicted in the third instance, as the court decided in a decision on Tuesday. (Af.: 3 ORs 69/23) dpa
