A driver was seriously injured by police bullets on the night of Monday to Tuesday February 13 in Créteil (Val-de-Marne) after refusing to submit to a road check. The events occurred around 2 a.m.: according to the police, the car refused to stop.

Injured in the chest, the driver was taken to hospital, and his vital prognosis remained serious on Tuesday morning. One was accused of attempted intentional homicide of a person holding public authority, aggravated refusal to comply and money laundering.
