Gabriel Berard and 13 other defendants were dismissed in the case for concealment. The 17-year-old boy was murdered in November 2021 when he was returning by car from training in Barracas Central with some friends.
In the case, the Justice had already sentenced 9 officers. The ruling issued by Judge Vanesa Peluffo is something that could be seen coming since last week both the prosecutor Leonel Gómez Barbella and the plaintiff had requested the dismissal of all the remaining defendants.
