CSU deputy for SPD mayor: local council elects deputy mayor. Local council elected Beate Neubauer from the CSU as second mayor.

Marianne Hausladen remains the third mayor in Kirchheim, Bavaria, as the current mayor Stephan Keck (SPD) was defeated by Keck in the mayoral election. VFW councilor Wolfgang Heinz-Fischer (VFW) appealed to the fairness of his local council colleagues. Christian Zenner (Greens) also ran in the secret election.
