A farmer is planning a new farmstead west of Osterwarngau. The local council is sympathetic to the plans.
The plans envisage a rather spacious courtyard in a U-shape. The dairy barn, which is built according to ecological guidelines, is over 62 meters long and 25.50 meters wide. The residential wing has three levels: On the upper floor, a senior apartment is planned (106 square meters) The attic accommodates two apartments (73 square meters each) For the two holiday apartments, the municipality wants to have at least two additional parking spaces.
