Number of seriously injured people in traffic is at an all-time low. But the streets haven't really become any safer.
More drivers, more motorcyclists and pedestrians died on the roads of Baden-Württemberg in 2023. More and more people are using e-scooters - and as a result, more and morePeople are having accidents with them. The police recorded 4,644 motorcycle accidents last year, around two percent more than the previous year. 73 bikers were killed, seven more than in 2022.
