Ari Boulogne, 60, was found dead at his Paris home Saturday. His girlfriend was immediately taken into custody.
She was indicted for failure to assist a person in danger, manslaughter and "transport, possession, acquisition and transfer of narcotics" She was transported by firefighters to a nearby hospital, but on leaving the hospital, she was placed in custody for "non-assistance to person indanger" An investigation is underway to "clarify the circumstances in which the death of the victim, who was hemiplegic, may have occurred"
